Das hat leider nichts gebracht. Aber gut, ich versuch dann einfach immer dran zu denken den Port zu wechseln. Sie ist ja ohnehin nur phasenweise in Verwendung und jetzt weiß ich ja woran es liegt.

und da haben wir dann auch den termin für den xbox & bethesda "nicht-e3" showcase im juni: nämlich am 12. juni um 19:00 uhr.

Hoffentlich nicht wieder nur die gleichen drei bekannten Franchises und paar Indies. Die sollen endlich mal paar Original IPs bringen. Alternativ auch paar ältere Franchises zurückbringen. Aber bei beiden Sachen läuft es bestimmt so gut strukturiert, wie mit dem Perfect Dark Projekt.

Tun sie doch mit Redfall und Starfield? Sind jedenfalls die beiden Projekte von Microsoft dieses Jahr, die mich zumindest interessieren, auch wenn ich bei Redfall ziemlich skeptisch bin. Forza Motorsport könnte auch gut werden nach der längeren Pause. Mal sehen, ob man da qualitativ an Horizon herankommt.

da hätten wir als erstes project moorcraft. wird entwicklern die möglichkeit bieten via game pass demos ihrer unveröffentlichten spiele anzubieten. quasi was steam next fest seit paar jahren macht, aber eben nur an keinen festen termin gebunden und hinter einer paywall. dafür werden die entwickler aber auch finanziell entschädigt.

We're also revealing the first details of Project Moorcroft, a program that brings the fun and discovery of playing new, curated demos of upcoming games to our Xbox Game Pass members.

• The program will begin rolling out within the next year, beginning with a focus on providing independent developers from around the world more opportunities to build excitement for their games.

Today, we announced we’re partnering with Samsung to bring the Xbox App to 2022 Smart TVs so that you can play hundreds of cloud-enabled games, without a console.

• That means hundreds of games in our Game Pass Ultimate library, and Fortnite without a subscription.
• Playing Xbox games on Samsung’s 2022 Smart TVs will be a seamless experience – it will be similar to using any other streaming app on your TV.
• It’s simple, starting on June 30, access the Xbox app from the Samsung Gaming Hub or Media Hub and log into your existing Microsoft account, connect your favorite Bluetooth controller.
• If you’re a Game Pass Ultimate member, you’ll have access to play loads of great cloud-enabled games, or you can jump into Fortnite without a subscription.

nur als kleiner hinweis: der xbox/bethesda showcase, der am sonntag um 19:00 uhr startet und ca. 95 minuten gehen soll, ist scheinbar vor paar stunden größtenteils im netz gelandet. 2-3 infos/ankündigungen hab ich auch schon auf verschiedenen discords gesehen. wäre ein wunder, wenn bis sonntag abend nicht das meiste davon auf twitter, reddit & co. geteilt wird. sollte hier jemand in dieser kleinen community den drang verspüren, vorzeitig inhalte des showcases zu posten, sollte sie wenigstens die spoiler-funktion dafür benutzen.

343i arbeitet mit moddern zusammen um halo 1 & 2 editing kits anzubieten. heißt etliches an content aus den ganz frühen anfangstagen von halo (als es z.b. noch ein rts war) und halo 2 wird verfügbar gemacht. u.a. arbeiten sie gerade daran das halo 2 e3 level spielbar zu machen.

Discord voice chat on Xbox works by essentially transferring voice chats from Discord to an Xbox, and it's supported on both Xbox One and Xbox Series S / X consoles. That means you can't directly join Discord calls from an Xbox, and there's no dedicated Discord app on the console. Instead, you always use the mobile app to sling calls across, and they integrate into an Xbox Party-like interface.
