Beim Gucken habe ich so hart Flashbacks an den Film "Now and then" bekommen Ist ein richtig schönes Konzept ein Spiel rund um eine Mädchengruppe in den 80er oder 90er Jahren zu machen. Freu mich schon extrem darauf

Lost Records: Bloom & Rage will be priced at 39,99€/$39.99/£35.89 upon release including both parts of the game - “Bloom” and “Rage” - which add up to roughly 10-12 hours of gameplay.

As already announced, Tape 1 “Bloom” of this new IP will be released on February 18, 2025. To optimize the experience for players and enhance the storytelling for a truly immersive continuation of the journey, the release of Tape 2 “Rage” has slightly be pushed back to April 15, 2025.

In the meantime, fans will be able to enjoy a series of exclusive, interactive activities on social networks. These events will be an opportunity to dive even deeper into the world of Lost records, interact with the community and share unique moments around the game.

ich bin jetzt auch kein fan davon, aber hier die offizielle erklärung:

Creative Director Michel Koch wants you to know why Lost Records is split into Bloom and Rage and not released as a single episode.

In the interview, he reminisced, “It created a sense of community around a piece of media, a piece of art. It also increased the strength of storytelling, giving time to think about what we experienced. It made the art go further than just the hour-long episode.”

Koch belives the way in which we binge-consume media nowadays “reduces the possibilities to get immersed in a work of fiction. You barely start to get in, then poof, you are already out and looking at the next product to absorb.”

Koch also teased the game’s Bloom and Rage structure, which mirrors the band’s emotional journey. In their early teens, and presumably the first mixtape, the band is in the early stages of writing ‘See You In Hell’. I can’t wait to see how this song evolves when the second mixtape, aptly titled Rage, drops.

Okay da hat er ja schon nen Punkt.
Aber dafür müssen es doch nicht gleich 2 Monate sein, eine Woche dazwischen wie damals im Linearen TV reicht dafür auch aus.

Doch wie gesagt, bin überhaupt kein Fan davon.
Ich würde da jetzt zbsp nicht mehr zum Release zuschlagen sondern frühestens in 2 Monaten, sobald beide hälften draußen sind.
Ich hoffe es wird richtig gut.
